K Pilates Studio Policy

• Reservations & Cancellations

  All classes require a reservation and full payment.

  Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before class start time. Any cancellations made after this will be considered a Late Cancel and will incur a $10 fee.

  Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $25 fee.

  If fewer than 4 participants are registered, the class may be canceled 3 hours prior to start at the studio’s discretion. Please make sure to check your schedule in advance.

• Punctuality

  Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to complete your equipment setup.

  To ensure safety, late arrivals may be denied entry to the class.

• Refund Policy

  All payments are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

• Memberships & Packages

  All memberships and packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

  A non-refundable $50 enrollment fee applies for the first month of a group membership.

  Group memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which cancellation is allowed.

  Membership cancellations require advance notice to stop automatic billing.

• Membership Freeze

  If you are unable to attend for 1 week or longer, a freeze may be requested in writing in advance.

  Freeze fee: $10 per month, up to a maximum of 3 months.

  Any classes booked during the freeze period will be automatically canceled, and class booking and participation will not be available during this time.

• Hygiene & Safety

  Maintain proper personal hygiene and sanitize equipment after use.

  Store personal belongings in the lockers provided. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Dress Code

  Comfortable workout attire and non-slip Pilates socks are required.

  For safety reasons, participation may be restricted to those wearing proper socks.

• Liability Waiver

  Members are fully responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the studio. The studio holds no legal liability.

• Policy Changes

  The studio reserves the right to change policies with prior notice.

  All members must comply with these policies, and violations may result in the restriction of services.

케이 필라테스 스튜디오 정책

• 예약 및 수업 취소

  모든 수업은 사전 예약 및 전액 결제가 필요합니다.

  수업 취소는 수업 시작 24시간 전까지 가능하며, 이후 취소 시 **늦은 취소(Late Cancel)**로 간주되어 $10 수수료가 부과됩니다.

  사전 통보 없이 불참 시 **노쇼(No Show)**로 처리되며 $25 수수료가 부과됩니다.

  예약 인원이 4명 미만일 경우, 스튜디오 사정에 따라 수업이 시작 3시간 전 취소될 수 있으니 반드시 일정 확인을 부탁드립니다.

• 시간 준수

  수업 시작 5분 전까지 도착하여 기구 세팅을 완료해 주세요.

  정시에 수업 참여 부탁드리고, 안전을 위해 지각 시 수업 참여가 제한됩니다.

• 환불 정책

  모든 결제는 환불이 불가하며, 스튜디오 크레딧으로만 전환 가능합니다.

• 멤버십 및 패키지

  모든 멤버십과 패키지는 양도 불가하며, 지정된 유효 기간 내에 사용해야 합니다.

  그룹 멤버십 가입 시 첫 달에 $50 비환불 가입비가 부과됩니다.

  그룹 멤버십은 최소 3개월 유지 조건이며 이후 해지 가능합니다.

  멤버십 해지 시 자동 결제 중단을 위해 사전 통보가 필요합니다.

• 멤버십 일시 정지 (Freeze)

  1주 이상 출석이 어려운 경우, 사전 서면 요청 시 일시 정지가 가능합니다.

  일시 정지 수수료는 월 $10, 최대 3개월까지 가능합니다.

  정지 기간 동안 예약된 수업은 자동 취소되며, 수업 예약 및 참여가 불가합니다.

• 위생 및 안전

  개인 위생을 철저히 관리하고, 기구는 사용 후 반드시 소독해 주세요.

  개인 물품은 보관함에 보관하며, 분실물에 대한 책임은 스튜디오가 지지 않습니다.

• 복장 규정

  편안한 운동복과 미끄럼 방지 필라테스 양말 착용은 필수입니다.

  양말 미착용 시 안전상의 이유로 수업 참여가 제한됩니다.

• 책임 면제

  스튜디오 내 발생한 부상 및 사고에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있으며, 스튜디오는 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• 정책 변경

  스튜디오는 필요 시 사전 공지 후 정책을 변경할 권리를 보유합니다.

  모든 회원은 본 정책을 준수해야 하며, 위반 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
